Our first meeting will be an initial evaluation session, which may extend up to 90 minutes. During that time, we will complete necessary paperwork, gather demographic details, answer any questions to the best of our ability, and most importantly, get to know each other. Following the initial session, we can mutually determine whether our collaboration feels like a good fit, and if so, we can establish a consistent meeting schedule. In the event that it is decided that our therapeutic connection isn't the right fit, we will gladly provide you with appropriate referrals.
Once we begin a therapeutic relationship, sessions typically occur on a weekly or biweekly basis, lasting 50 minutes.
